China Aviation Supplies Co., Ltd (The Material Sharing Platform Company) signed a MOU regarding air material support cooperation with Airbus in Toulouse on November 16th. It aims at enhancing cooperation between both parties, jointly devoting to provide pooling solutions for air materials. China Southern Air Holding Company, China National Aviation Holding Company, and China Eastern Air Holding Company witnessed the signing of MOU.

According to the MOU, both parties will comprehensively explore and conduct the cooperation with regard to Bulk Purchasing, Fleet Campaign and Retrofit, Major Assets Platform Setup and Support, Rotables Exchange, Repair Capability, AOG Support, Surplus disposal, IT Systems and Big Data Management etc. To strengthen the training support to Chinese customers, build regular and effective communication channel, facilitate and implement the cooperation, jointly explore and innovate the cooperative pattern for supporting aviation supplies.

The signing of MOU means the collaboration degree between both parties has reached a new altitude. It will be conducive to the promotion of resource integration for both sides, provide with more effective and economical services and products about material comprehensive support for domestic airlines, reduce operating cost, and further strengthen the support of customer service and Airbus fleet. It plays a positive and significant role for building a platform of air material pooling.
